Position Overview: We are looking for an IT Support Technician with 1-3 years of experience to help us maintain smooth IT operations and provide exceptional support to our end-users. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting technical issues, supporting various software and hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Desk Ticketing System: Manage and resolve tickets submitted by end-users efficiently.
- End-User Desktop Support: Provide technical support for software, hardware, and peripherals.
- M365 Support: Assist with Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- MS Windows Client Support: Troubleshoot and support Windows operating systems.
- Network Equipment: Maintain and support switches, access points, and routers.
- Documentation: Help document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Active Directory & Group Policy: Knowledge of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and VPN is beneficial.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
- Experience with shop floor manufacturing systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
